If you’re lucky enough to live in Westgate Apartments on Hydraulic Road, Barclay Place Apartments on Georgetown Road, or Tarleton Square Apartments on East High Street – you’re already part of a great community managed by Great Eastern Management Company. There are 3 shopping centers in Charlottesville that share the same management company – and that means big things for you.

As part of the residential move-in package at all three communities, each new resident is gifted a $200 shopping spree exclusive to our three shopping centers:  Seminole Square, Pantops and Blue Ridge.  Upon their first-year lease renewal, residents are gifted the same shopping spree at $100, $150 for their second renewal and $200 for every renewal thereafter!
